By India Today Web Desk: United States of America captain Tyler Adams said that he is more frightened of spiders than England. After their 1-1 draw against Wales, USA are set to take on England on Friday evening, 25 November. Harry Kane’s side come into the game after routing Iran 6-2, where they put up an attacking masterclass. One of the favourites to lift the trophy this time around, England have big names in their roster, but Adams does not seem moved by the weight of their names.

Adams, who plays in the Premier League with Leeds, accepted that Gregg Berhalter’s team is the underdog but said the game holds no fear for him.

“England are still a big team at the end of the day, but the intimidation factor? I wouldn’t say there’s many things out there that intimidate me, other than spiders,” he said.

“So it’s fine for me, to obviously have the opportunity play against all those big players, I’ve done it before. But we also want to show what we’re capable of and that U.S. soccer is developing and growing in the right way,” Adams added ahead of the game.

England will come into the game with a slight concern about Harry Kane’s ankle. Kane was caught while playing against Iran and was sent for scans. The England captain did train with his team with strapping, but it is not known if he is fully fit or not. The team has abundance of talent at their disposal and have the ability to outscore any opposition in this tournament.
